Quarantined Easter

Hello, all! How is everyone surviving the madness that is COVID-19? Things aren’t too much different for us here, except schools are closed until at least April 27th (lets be real, they won’t be going back) and I’m working from home. I consider myself very fortunate to be in an essential industry and that fact isn’t lost on me.

We’ve been trying to have as much fun preparing for Easter as we can, with lots of fun dyeing Easter eggs, playing hopscotch, blowing bubbles, and staying outside as much as possible. I splurged on an unicorn Easter egg kit from Michaels (curbside pickup!) and they turned out so great!

We have also broken out the water table Violet got for Christmas and it’s brought back lots of great memories of when the big girls were that little.

While this isn’t our typical Easter, I’m looking forward to enjoying the day as our little family of 5 tomorrow and soaking up all this extra time tomorrow. I hope everyone is staying safe and hopefully we’ll be able to get out more soon!
